The Fully Funded Benefits:

  • Round-trip Airfare: Economy class travel from your home country to Japan.
  • Premium Housing: All hotel expenses in Tokyo are covered.
  • Daily Subsidy: A set amount for travel allowance and meals.
  • Insurance & Visa: Comprehensive health insurance and full visa support.
  • Executive Mentorship: Direct interaction with senior global executives.

2. Eligibility & Selection: Do You Qualify?

Uniqlo is looking for “Global Mindsets”—ambitious students who can challenge the status quo.

  • Education: Currently enrolled undergraduates (and high-achieving Master’s students) from any country and major.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English (Japanese language skills are not required).
  • Skills: Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and a passion for the retail industry.
  • Availability: Must be available for the full 6-day on-site program (plus travel days on July 25 and August 1).

3. Potenue Insider: The “LifeWear” Edge

Why is this program so competitive? It is a primary recruitment pipeline for the Uniqlo Manager Candidate (UMC) track.

Insider Tip: Uniqlo’s philosophy is rooted in “LifeWear”—clothing designed to make everyone’s life better. In your interview, don’t just focus on “fashion.” Focus on customer-centricity, efficiency, and sustainability.

The 3-Step Selection Process:

  1. Application: Submit your CV via the Workday Portal.
  2. Online Assessment: Be prepared for a 20-minute logic and reasoning test (Numerical & Deductive).
  3. Online Interviews: These are the main selection method. Practice explaining your “Global Business Vision.”
