Meet the Protostars Grant
Protostars isn’t just about the money—it’s an 8-week immersion program that connects you with mentors, peers, and the resources to help you scale your impact.
- The Funding: You’ll receive $1,000 AUD to spend on your project’s growth.
- The Community: You’ll join a cohort of 30 other young innovators.
- Long-Term Access: Once the program ends, you remain part of the community with access to future events and further funding opportunities.
Who Can Apply?
This is a specific “hidden gem” opportunity for those based in Australia or New Zealand.
- Age: You must be between 18 and 25 years old.
- Requirements: You must have a passion project you are deeply committed to and hold an AU/NZ bank account to receive the grant.
How to “Crack” the Application (Potenue Tips)
There are no hidden charges or application fees—this is a genuine grant opportunity. To stand out:
- Be Obsessed: The application asks specifically about your “obsession” with the idea. Show them your passion!.
- Focus on Impact: In your pitch, clearly define what you will achieve by the end of the program.
- Show Your Personality: Part 3 is a 90-second video pitch. Don’t be afraid to be yourself—they are looking for interesting people, not just interesting projects.
