This program offers up to 55 young leaders a multi-site learning experience spanning Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Surabaya, Indonesia.

Selected delegates will receive comprehensive financial support provided by the U.S. Department of State, which covers:
- International & Domestic Flights: Round-trip airfare from your home ASEAN country to Vietnam and Indonesia.
- Accommodation & Lodging: Hotel accommodations throughout the multi-city program.
- Meals & Allowance: Daily per diem and official event meals.
- Ground Transportation: Local transport for site visits, venue travel, and field trips.
- Travel Insurance & Visa Support: Comprehensive health coverage and assistance/reimbursement for required travel visas.
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)
To be eligible for this workshop, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
- Age: 22 to 35 years old at the time of application.
- Nationality & Residency: Must be a citizen and permanent resident of one of the 11 YSEALI countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, or Vietnam.
- Work Experience: Must have relevant professional experience in fields related to supply chain management, critical minerals, technology, global trade, economic policy, or public safety.
- Language Requirement: Proficient in spoken and written English.
- YSEALI Membership: Must be registered as a YSEALI member (registration is free on the official YSEALI website prior to submitting your application).
