The CMGGA 2.0 fellowship places dynamic young professionals across all 23 districts of Haryana. Associates work directly alongside the District Administration and the Chief Minister’s Office to drive last-mile implementation of social and economic schemes.

Program Details

  • Location: Haryana, India.
  • Duration: 12 Months.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (as of June 30, 2026).
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 60%) + at least 1 year of full-time work experience, OR
    • Master’s degree / Postgraduate Diploma in any discipline.
  • Language Requirements: Proficient in both English and Hindi (reading and writing).

Can International Candidates Apply?

  • Citizenship Rule: No. Applicants must hold Indian citizenship to be eligible for CMGGA 2.0.

  • Duration: 2 Years (extendable up to 5 years).
  • Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Public Policy, Management, Social Sciences, etc.), OR
    • Professional 4-year degree (B.E./B.Tech, MBBS, LLB, CA/ICWA).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification work experience.

  • Nationality Rule: Generally open to Indian citizens. Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) or foreign nationals must hold valid authorization/clearance from the Government of India to work in central government think tanks.
