The Commonwealth Professional & Academic Fellowships 2027, supported by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC), provide opportunities for experienced professionals and academic staff to develop their skills and contribute to development in their home countries.
Professional Fellowship
For mid-career professionals who want to undertake a structured professional development programme in the UK.
Key requirement: At least 5 years of relevant full-time work experience.
Academic Fellowship
For academic staff working at universities in eligible countries.
Key requirements:
- Hold a PhD
- Be employed by a university in an eligible Commonwealth country
- Meet the programme’s other eligibility requirements
