Accepted companies can receive up to $1 million under a standard investment structure:
- $500,000 for 10% equity upfront through a SAFE
- Another $500,000 in the company’s next qualified financing round within 18 months
a16z also provides participating companies with access to $10M+ worth of cloud, AI and software credits through its partner network.
