- Age Limit: No specific numerical age limit is enforced, but applicants must be early-career researchers (ideally within 3 to 5 years post-doctorate; current PhD students are not eligible and must already hold their doctoral degree).

- Funding: Monthly stipend + travel support + accommodation/rent support
