Funding & Investment
It does not charge founders a monetary fee to join its accelerator programs. Instead, accepted startups receive an investment of $220,000 under its current standard investment terms.
The investment consists of:
- $20,000 through a Post-Money Convertible Equity Agreement (CEA) for 5% common stock
- $200,000 through an uncapped MFN SAFE
- Total Investment: $220,000
The $200,000 SAFE can convert into additional ownership depending on the terms of the company’s future financing. Therefore, the investment should not be described simply as “$220,000 for 5% equity.”
It also provides participating startups with partner perks and credits, including substantial cloud and AI/API credits.
