Who Can Apply?
You should have:
- A PhD or equivalent in a STEM discipline, awarded in 2023 or later
- A strong academic and research track record
- A research proposal that clearly demonstrates how AI will address a scientific problem
- An NTU faculty member willing to serve as your Project Mentor
- Availability to start the fellowship by 31 March 2027.
Each selected fellow receives both a Project Mentor in their research area and an AI Mentor to support the integration of AI into their research.

- PhD transcript or degree certificate in English
- Research proposal — maximum 2 pages
- Contact details for two referees, including your PhD supervisor
- Your top three publications
- Letter of support from your NTU Project Mentor.
