The Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health 2027–2028 is a one-year fellowship hosted by the Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). The program brings together professionals from fields such as medicine, public health, science, policy, journalism, law, engineering, arts and community leadership to work toward greater equity in brain health.

What Is the Atlantic Fellows Program?
The fellowship is designed for emerging leaders working to address brain health inequalities and dementia.
Rather than limiting participation to one profession, the program brings together people from different backgrounds who are working toward health equity and community impact.

- Can participate fully in the year-long hybrid program
- Have strong English-language proficiency

What Will You Do?
During the fellowship, participants take part in a combination of online learning, international workshops and residential learning at UCSF.
The program focuses on developing the knowledge, leadership skills and networks needed to address inequities in brain health and create meaningful impact in participants’ communities.
