Can you apply?

The Institute of Science Tokyo (IST): Japan’s flagship STEM research university, is inviting applications for its MEXT IGP(A) Scholarship 2027. Fully funded by Japan’s Ministry of Education, this government scholarship covers monthly living stipends, full tuition waiver, entrance exam fee reimbursement, and conditional round-trip airfare for outstanding international graduate students.

What Is This Opportunity?
The MEXT IGP(A) Scholarship is one of Japan’s most prestigious fully funded graduate scholarships, awarded by the Japanese government to international students who enroll in English-taught graduate programs at selected Japanese universities.
