2. Eligibility & Academic Requirements
To be a competitive candidate for the 2027-2028 cohort, you must meet the following Elite standards:
- Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 18 but not yet 29 years of age as of August 1, 2027.
- Education: You must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university by August 1, 2027.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English. If English is not your native language, you must provide test scores (TOEFL iBT 100 or IELTS 7.0).
- Leadership Potential: This is the most critical factor. The program seeks “extraordinary” leaders who demonstrate character, intellect, and the ability to bridge cultural gaps.
