The ADEL program is the flagship youth initiative of the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS). It is designed for 40 to 50 rising changemakers who are shaping the future of policy, business, and civil society across the Atlantic Basin.
The experience begins with a tailored leadership immersion in Rabat, followed by full participation in the prestigious Atlantic Dialogues Conference.

What’s Included: ADEL Program (Fully Funded)
For the 40+ selected participants, PCNS covers:
- Airfare: Round-trip economy class flights to and from Morocco.
- Accommodation: Hotel stays for the duration of the program and conference.
- Meals: All food provided during the official event schedule.
- Transport: Local transportation within Morocco for official events.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Between 25 and 35 years old (as of December 6, 2026).
- Location: Citizens or residents of countries in Africa or the Atlantic Basin (the Americas, the Caribbean, and Europe).
- Language: Must be fluent in English.
- Professionalism: Applicants should have significant professional experience and hold roles involving decision-making or influence.
- Availability: Must be available for the entire program period.
